The way it plays so beautifully with the dynamic between *all* of Charlie’s partners.

I was re-watching old episodes of NCIS and I really love that the writers never forget that Ziva used to be an extremely competent Mossad operative and that on some level Ziva and Gibbs are equals because of this and how Gibbs has come to trust Ziva and vice versa ( Read more... ) -
